We design each piece with intention and care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it seamless.
Returns
While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and hygienic liners must remain in place
Due to the nature of swimwear, we cannot accept items that are worn, soiled, damaged, or laundered.
Exchanges & Store Credit
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Return shipping fee: $5.99
Store credit will be issued via email and can be used online or by phone
We recommend trying on all swimwear over undergarments to maintain eligibility for return.
Quality Guarantee & Repairs
The Lido guarantees all swimwear to be free from manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of order, provided care instructions are followed.
If you receive a defective item:
Notify us within 10 days of delivery
We will replace the item at no cost
Beyond this period, we offer repair services when possible:
Repairs are typically available within 1 year of purchase
Availability depends on materials and hardware
All items sent for repair must be clean upon arrival
(Soiled items will be returned as received)
Care Instructions
Our swimwear is crafted from high-quality, performance-based fabrics designed to move with you.
To preserve the integrity of your suit:
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent
Lay flat or hang to dry
Avoid prolonged exposure to heavily chlorinated water
Do not use harsh detergents such as Woolite
Proper care will extend the life, color, and fit of your piece.
