Delivery is stated in BUSINESS days, and Express Delivery orders must be placed BEFORE 2PM CST to be receive it next day.

*Please note, THE LIDO is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS & DHL especially during high volume seasons. 

US Standard shipping is shipped via USPS and is given authority to leave upon arrival. THE LIDO is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel. Please ensure there is a safe location for parcel to be left and clear instructions are placed with order.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, you must pay for any additional costs. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
